ORDER PROCESS

Please allow 1-3 business days for The Lund Shelf to process your order ready for dispatch. 

Orders will be dispatched during usual business hours Monday – Friday between 9-5pm NZ time. If your order is placed on the weekend or a public holiday (New Zealand time) it will be processed on the next business day. Please note that the shipping timeframe provided relates to the shipping lead-time only and does not include any time for processing your order. If for any reason we are unable to meet this turnaround time we will contact you via email.

You will receive email confirmation of your order once your order has been placed and again once it has shipped, including your tracking number. 

The Lund Shelf will make every effort to deliver your purchase on time, however we will not be held responsible for any shipping delays that are out of our control.

Cancellations are not accepted for orders that incur shipping delays.

Unfortunately we may not always be able to fulfil your online purchase due to stock shortfalls. In the event that your item is unavailable and your order cannot be filled, we will notify you via email within 3 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item or a full refund.

If a desired item appears sold out or you can’t find what you are looking for online please contact us, depending on the style we may be able to process a special order for you.

All payments are to be made in full, inclusive of any postage costs, via credit card. 

The Lund Shelf accepts the following credit cards and options as forms of secure payment:

Prices listed on the website are all represented in $NZD and will be charged in $NZD to your credit card, using that days exchange rate. 

In the unlikely event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 3 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item or a full refund.

DISCLAIMER

The price advertised might not be the same charged to your credit card account due to exchange rate fluctuations. That means that because we are based in New Zealand we have to convert your purchase to New Zealand dollars at the exchange rate on the day it is processed. If you have any queries, please contact us

 

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please supply a physical delivery address at check out where someone will be available to sign for your item between the delivery hours of 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday.

We recommend listing your work address.

We are unable to deliver to PO Box address.

Shipping includes a tracking number and insurance. 

If your international order is urgent please contact us for an International Express Courier quote.

NON-DELIVERY 

If an order is lost in transit The Lund Shelf will either replace or refund the item. The Lund Shelf will not be liable if the item can be traced to have arrived at its final destination.

- We must be advised of your return track and trace reference number.

- We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.

Returned purchases must be received by The Lund Shelf within 7 days of making contact with us wishing to return your item/s.

Refunds will be credited back into the same account within 5 business days of receiving the item/s.

 

SALE ITEMS 

No refunds or exchanges on sale items but if it is faulty we will do our best to fix it or replace it. In the case of receiving a faulty sales item, returns will be handled in the same manner as for non-sale items. 

 

FAULTY PRODUCTS

If you believe the item you purchased from The Lund Shelf  is faulty, please contact us immediately (within 10 days of your purchase) so we can put aside a replacement. Once we have received the item we will replace or refund the item. The courier cost for returning the faulty garment will be credited to you.

The Lund Shelf will not replace items that have clearly been damaged because of wear and tear.

We endeavour to ensure all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Your privacy is important to us, we do not rent, sell or distribute our customer base. We also do not store your credit card details on our server, all credit card purchases are processed through a Pay-Pal secure payment gateway. If you send correspondence via the The Lund Shelf website through email, fax or post, The Lund Shelf will retain such information in the records of your account. We will also retain customer service correspondence and other information from PayPal about you. We retain these records so that we can fulfil your online purchases in addition to measuring and improving our customer service. The Lund Shelf will not share, sell or rent retained customer information with any third-party persons or companies. We may, over time, delete these records if permitted by law. You should also be aware that we may disclose specific information about you if necessary to do so by law or based on our good faith belief that it is necessary to conform or comply with the law or is necessary to protect the users of our web site, the site or the public.
